My name is Max Coleman and I am an artist from Denver, Colorado. I graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design 2015 where I was trained as a painter and illustrator. Since then I have worked as a full time artist and muralist. My aim is to transform spaces and minds. Through the use bright color and massive scale, my murals create spaces for thought and introspection, while my illustrations and printmaking use techniques from centuries past to tell modern narratives with precision and dedication to craft above all else. In short; My work venerates nature, the pursuit of knowledge, the better parts of our human nature, and free thinking.
